Preventive Care

Our veterinary team is here to care for your pet through every stage of life. From the pediatric needs of kittens and puppies to the specialized care needed by the senior pet, you can rely on us to deliver high quality, customized veterinary services.

Internal Medicine/ Critical Care

We are able to diagnose, manage, and treat serious veterinary illnesses and diseases. We can provide in-patient care in our hospital.

Surgery

Our veterinarians have years of experience in performing a wide range of surgeries from spays and neuters to advanced soft tissue, selected orthopedics and abdominal surgeries.

Dentistry

Dental health is as important for pets as it is for people. Dental disease causes bad breath, pain, and infection in the mouth which can lead to weight loss and infection in other parts of the body. Our dental services include teeth cleaning and polishing, dental X-rays, teeth extractions, and oral surgery.

Laboratory

Our in-house laboratory allows us to perform serum chemistry, hematology, serology, urinalysis and parasite testing. This guarantees your pet’s test results as quickly as possible. We also utilize commercial veterinary laboratories for specialized diagnostic testing and consultations.

Advanced Imaging

Crocker Animal Hospital considers the use of advanced imaging technology a critical tool in modern diagnostic procedures. This equipment gives us a non-invasive way to observe your pet’s internal physiology so that we can provide a more thorough and accurate diagnosis.  We are equipped with digital radiography, ultrasound, Computed Tomography scan (CT) and flexible and rigid endoscopy.

Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation can help pets with a variety of issues including recovering from orthopedic surgery, with orthopedic and neurologic disorders, degenerative joint disease, for senior wellness or athletic conditioning, pain management and with weight management. Our rehabilitation services include laser therapy, aquatic treadmill therapy, massage therapy and balance, strengthening and coordination exercises.

Pharmacy

Crocker Animal Hospital maintains a large inventory of prescription medications, supplements, shampoos, flea and tick control products as well as heartworm preventatives. We carry prescription diets from Hill’s, Royal Canin and Purina. We also offer home delivery (through the on-line store) for prescriptions, supplements, and pet diets.

Emergency

We handle all of our after hours emergencies at our Franklin, KY location. Your pet does not need to be a current patient at our animal hospitals to take advantage of our emergency services. If your animal has an emergency after regular business hours, on weekends, or on a holiday before 10:00 pm, call us at 270-586-0909 and leave a message for our on-call doctor.
