Dr. Dan Crocker is a native of Franklin, KY.  He is the third son of Helen and the late Dr. Kenneth Crocker.  “Dr. Dan”  graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1979 and the Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 1983.  Professionally, Dr. Dan Crocker is interested in all areas of small and large animal veterinary practice.  The majority of his work continues to be with equine and food animal cases and embryo transfer.

Dr. Dan Crocker is married to Dr. Roni Crocker and they have a son and a daughter.   The Crockers have raised their kids along with sheep, horses, cows, hay and grapes on a working farm in the Hickory Flatts community in East Simpson County.   His hobbies include playing the guitar and banjo, farming and travel.
